Short Bio	I am a lawyer and a company secretary (“CoSec”), those functions are my passions. I am convinced that we can take much of the pain out of “legalese” and those lengthy so-called legal formalities. It is all about understanding and trust. How to go about? Look for the weakest link, work on accountability, draft to be understood instead of trying to impress. That is where I fit in. My second passion is to make “governance” real. Businesses are operated by companies, who are governed by people. Every year, new rules about disclosure and compliance add more liabilities to the duties of those women and men in management and boards. With understanding and trust, one can take much of the pain out of those governance traps and issues. That is where I fit in.
