Short Bio

I am a versatile project manager with more than 15 years of experience in the entrepreneurial delivery of projects in a variety of verticals.

I use my experience as a business strategist, operations leader, mentor and coach to ‘get things done ethically’.

As an expert in co-developing and converting business strategies and market intelligence into tactical business plans, products and operations, I have successfully launched all of my clients in what is still considered one of the toughest markets in the world.

Specialities:

Project management / Strategic Thinking / Problem solver / Business process re-engineering / Personnel management / Communication / New business development / Recruitment, Training & Mentoring / Process creation & management / Start-Ups , Acquisitions / Executive Level Engagement / Technology & Business Solutions / PMO Leadership

My Services

I can assist you in setting up new ventures or projects but also with change management for a more efficient delivery of existing projects so that you can focus on achieving your organizational goals in this rapidly changing environment.

After my last assignment in the Bailiff vertical I’d like to experience a new vertical where my role will focus on guiding, coaching, motivating and developing project teams in order to deliver projects successfully.

I am also open to taking up long duration expat opportunities in East Africa, the Caribbean or South- America.

More Information

I’m a Lean Six Sigma Green belt, but I’m really more into systems thinking and Theory of Constraints, Critical Chain Project Management, Thinking Processes, Tameflow. Agility ‘avant la lettre’ I would say.
