Currently I am working as manager and program developer for a Female Startup Incubator, Digital Leadership Institute (www.dlii.org), an NGO with the mission to bridge the gender gap and digital divide by educating, empowering and promoting participation of girls and women in strategic ESTEAM (entrepreneurship, science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics) sectors. What I love about this job is that we lead and help women toward the creation of their own dreams. Through cooperation and education and when driven people get together for causes they believe in, impossible become possible.

As the director of the Female Incubator, I developed the training academy of the incubator, by also organizing and conducting thematic hackathons (Move it Forward events) in Brussels and around Europe. In this framework I am also consulting and guiding early female entrepreneurs (early stage), that are part of the incubator, on the way ahead.

In my parallel life, I am also a consultant for personal development (in different disciplines) that I took up when I was 16 years old. Since then, I never stopped studying and giving back what I could, with what I had.
