DESCRIPTION:Verandering is een continue beweging. Al wat leeft verandert omzeggens elke dag en soms sneller dan we denken. Organisatiecultuur lijkt stabiel\, maar niets is minder waar.  Mensen maken die cultuur\, maar worden daarbij beïnvloed door omgevingsfactoren zoals hiërarchie\, werkstructuren en processen. Als medewerkers in een organisatie kunnen we verandering richting geven en zo ook de werkcultuur beïnvloeden. \n  \nTransformatie is een verandering van specifieke aard. Een onverwachte of zelfs disruptieve gebeurtenis\, kan de transformatie triggeren\, en ons naar een ander niveau van bewustzijn en functioneren tillen. Zo heeft de pandemie totnogtoe in vele organisaties een ware transformatie gegenereerd: van controlerend\, eenzijdig en output gericht naar ondersteunend\, hybride en meer outcome georienteerd. \n  \nSteeds meer bedrijfsleiders beseffen dat het nodig is om bewuste stappen te zetten\, om te groeien naar een lerende en wendbare organisatie. Maar vaak wordt deze beweging naar Business agility ingezet met een zware focus op technologie en product strategie\, en mag HR vanop de tweede rij meevolgen en helpen de verandering ondersteunen. \n  \nMensen centraal \nEen organisatie in verandering is als een levend organisme in evolutie. Bewuste verandering en transformatie kunnen alleen maar slagen als de mensen die elke dag waarde leveren er samen voor gaan\, en wanneer een culture shift de beweging ook ondersteunt. Mensen staan centraal en vormen de sleutel voor wendbaarheid in een zee van complexiteit en ‘wicked problems’. \n  \nDe rol van HR \nHR richt zich op mensen: individuen\, teams\, leidinggevenden. \nIndividuen verwachten hebben steeds meer verwachtingen van een werkgever\, en laten ook voelen wat voor hen belangrijk is. Teams worden steeds crucialer\, zowel in het sociale weefsel van een organisatie\, als voor het uitwerken van oplossingen voor complexe problemen waar de wereld van vandaag ons mee uitdaagt. Prof. Flanders Business School (KU Leuven) & the University of Twente\, Managing Director Connect & Transform\, Chief Ecosystems Officer Dynamic Collaboration App \nIs a new way of collaborating and business development emerging in the post-Corona world? \nThe pre-Corona trackrecord of changing is poor. As many as 70% of digital transformations fail. In their quest for more agile organizational forms\, the initial enthusiasm in 80% of the companies that start it off with Holocracy\, Sociocracy 3.0\, Spotify\, Teal\, and Agile is waning\, and new ways of working are not becoming entrenched. However\, the managers involved often rely on a range of tools and the professional help of change management experts. It is still another story to put this into practice. Breakthroughs are not forthcoming. It seems as if the management theories used form a compendium of half-hearted introductions and outdated mantras without any fundamental foundations. \n  \nGallup noted significant growth in employee engagement during the Corona: 36% of employees are engaged. This is high\, but still sadly low. \n  \nThree hidden dimensions in the development of collaboration are increasingly coming to the fore\, namely the impact of organizational structure\, the estimation of how employees form a perspective on challenges and problems\, and the dynamics that go along with perspective differences in teams. \n  \nIn the following normal\, we rethink our organisation from these three insights. The first insight is that the essentials in functions and roles must allow employees to make a substantial difference. This is in stark contrast to a focus on activities that must be performed. The second insight builds on how employees evolve over a lifetime and how this evolution affects their awareness\, their problem approach\, and their “collaborative approach. This complements the one-sided focus on competencies and skills. The third insight is that the key ingredient of winning teams is collaborative thinking\, bringing things together while thinking. Stories or storytelling\, what is it all about?How does a customer go thru the journey with storytelling?How can I use storytelling?During the inspirational sofa session\, Emile goes into the general terms on what exactly storytelling is and why it is so effective. Starting from branding\, through social media\, to developing relationships with prospects\, and continued in email storytelling to closing more deals with “case stories”. Thru examples of how storytelling is applied\, you will understand more on the application and usage in the customer journey of storytelling. After the theoretical introduction it’s time to get to work\, with your own case story. Using storytelling in your businessSales storytelling\, a case study with emotionsStep by step you will write your own case story. So that at the end of the session a complete case story is ready to use in your sales toolkit. Emile has a travelled the world\, in 2018 he moved from Singapore to land in Jakarta. His girlfriend is Indonesian and after years of long distancing\, they wanted to live in the same city. Not being easy to find a job (his plan A)\, Emile started his entrepreneur story (plan B). Seeing he had worked for quite a few start-ups\, he had practiced a great deal in content creation. From his location in Indonesia\, Emile started to provide services in content creation in several forms. From SEO\, Google Ads\, Facebook/Instagram Ads\, Email marketing\, community building\, you name it\, Emile did it. Emile realised that nothing online works\, unless the content is good. “What is good content?” The answer: Content that makes people feel. Thats what storytelling is about.
