DESCRIPTION:See you soon >> https://zoom.us/j/6212962946 – Don’t forget the pass code:  100 when needed \n  \nFrancis Laleman: A different vision of learning gives us a different vision of L&D.    \nMonday 24th of May an inspirational sofa session with Francis Laleman.  \nFrancis will inspire us in alternative ways to make learning happen.   \nWhen I ask trainers for their source of inspiration in terms of training\, I often hear the name Francis Laleman.  In the meantime\, I had the opportunity to follow some of his learning sessions.  \nI would like to describe it as a journey where you constantly bend in motion\, where you are stimulated\, where you are challenged … In short\, an experience where all your senses are stimulated.   \nA different vision of learning gives us a different vision of L&D.   \n\nmore engagement \nmore commitment \nmore ownership \nmore creativity \nmore fun \nbetter learning results \nenhanced organizational outcome \n\n  \nResourceful Exformation is a specific learning approach\, focusing on people and interactions\, natural learning\, play and self-organization.   \nFor his very own vision of learning and facilitation\, Francis builds on what he learned as a young student in Zen monasteries – where routines\, riddles\, observational exercises\, introspection and hands on work meet in life changing insights.   \nOn top of this framework is a hundred-fold inspiration from a range of trainers\, facilitators\, actors\, artists\, designers and natural philosophers from all over the world:   \n\nRabindranath Tagore\, who founded his own living and school community in Bengal\, India.  \nPaulo Freire\, who made learning a human right\, in the slums of Sao Paolo\, Brazil.  \nAugusto Boal\, who hit the streets with his Teatro de Oprimido and turned Paolo Freire’s ideas into activism.  \nYoshi Oida\, who brought Zen\, Kabuki and Noh to the theater work of Peter Brook.  \nKenya Hara\, the Japanese designer\, who together with his students enriched the world of product and experience design with exformation and affordance.  \n\nIn this keynote\, Francis tells stories\, but also makes the attendees tell stories\, act them out\, repeat them\, retell them\, discover them.   \nYou’ll go home with a whole new perspective on learning and all that surrounds it. You’ll be left for days with the feeling of ah\, so it can be done this way too.   \n—————————————————————————————————————————–  \nMaandagavond 24 mei om 19u30 ontvangen we Francis Laleman in onze sofa sessie.  \nFrancis zal ons inspireren op vlak van alternatieve manieren om leren aan te wakkeren en boeiende en vooral ook impactvolle trainingen te geven.   \nAls ik aan trainers vraag: “Wie was je grootste inspiratiebron op vlak van training geven?”\, dan hoor ik vaak de naam Francis Laleman. Ondertussen heb ik zelf ook al de kans gehad om enkele van zijn trajecten te volgen.  \nIk zou het omschrijven als een reis waar je continu in beweging bent\, waar je geprikkeld wordt …\, waar je wordt uitgedaagd … Kortom\, een beleving waar al je zintuigen worden geprikkeld.   \nEen andere visie op leren geeft ons een andere visie op L&D.   \n\nMeer betrokkenheid \nMeer eigenaarschap \nMeer creativiteit \nMeer plezier \nBetere leerresultaten \n\n\nVerbeterd organisatieresultaat \n\n  \nResourceful Exformation is een specifieke leerbenadering\, met focus op mensen en interacties\, natuurlijk leren\, spel en zelforganisatie.  \nVoor zijn heel eigen visie op leren en faciliteren\, bouwt Francis voort op wat hij als jonge student leerde in Zen-kloosters – waar routines\, raadsels\, observatieoefeningen\, introspectie en handenarbeid elkaar ontmoeten in levensveranderende inzichten.  \nBoven op dit raamwerk zit honderduit inspiratie van een waaier van trainers\, facilitators\, acteurs\, kunstenaars\, designers en natuurfilosofen uit alle hoeken van de wereld:  \n\nRabindranath Tagore\, die een eigen leef- en schoolgemeenschap oprichtte in Bengalen\, India. \nPaulo Freire\, die van het leren een mensenrecht maakte\, in de sloppenwijken van Sao Paolo in Brazilië. \nAugusto Boal\, die met zijn Teatro de Oprimido de straat optrok en de ideeën van Paolo Freire omzette in activisme. \nYoshi Oida\, die Zen\, Kabuki en Noh meebracht naar het theaterwerk van Peter Brook. \n\nKenya Hara\, de Japanse designer\, die samen met zijn studenten de wereld van product en experience design verrijkte met exformation en affordance.  \nIn deze keynote vertelt Francis verhalen\, maar doet hij ook de aanwezigen verhalen vertellen\, uitbeelden\, herhalen\, voortvertellen\, ontdekken.  \n Je gaat naar huis met een heel nieuwe kijk op leren en alles wat er rondhangt. Je zit nog dagen met het gevoel van ah\, zo kan het dus ook.
